Set Up Slack Performance Reports

Last updated: September 3, 2026

Jurni can automatically send Daily and Weekly performance reports to Slack, giving your team a quick view of how your funnels and experiments are performing without needing to open Jurni.

Before you begin: Your Slack workspace must already be connected to Jurni. If it isn't, go to Settings → Integrations → Slack first.

Enable Slack notifications

In Jurni:

  1. Go to Settings → Notifications.

  2. Find the Slack section.

  3. Turn on Enable Slack notifications.

You'll see each Slack workspace currently connected to your shop.

Each workspace can be configured independently, so you can choose which channel receives reports and whether that workspace receives Daily Reports, Weekly Reports, or both.

Choose where reports are sent

Open the Slack workspace you want to configure and select the Channel where Jurni should send reports.

If Jurni isn't already a member of the selected channel, it will join when you save your settings or send a test message.

Using an external Slack Connect channel

Jurni also supports channels shared with people outside your Slack workspace through Slack Connect.

Because performance reports contain shop metrics, Jurni will identify external channels and ask you to confirm that you understand people outside your organization may be able to see this data.

You'll need to confirm this before reports can be sent to an external channel.

Choose which reports to receive

You can enable Daily Report, Weekly Report, or both for each connected workspace.

Daily Report

The Daily Report gives your team a quick snapshot of performance and how it changed compared with the previous day.

It includes:

  • Revenue

  • Orders

  • Sessions

  • Conversion Rate (CVR)

  • Average Order Value (AOV)

  • Top funnels by revenue

  • Top experiment

  • Performance changes compared with the previous day

Use it as a daily pulse on what's happening across your Jurni funnels and experiments.

Weekly Report

The Weekly Report gives your team a broader view of performance and how it changed compared with the previous week.

It includes:

  • Revenue

  • Orders

  • Sessions

  • Conversion Rate (CVR)

  • Average Order Value (AOV)

  • Top funnels by revenue

  • Top experiments

  • Performance changes compared with the previous week

It's particularly useful before a weekly Growth, Ecommerce, or Marketing performance review.

Understand your performance report

Alongside your overall Revenue, Orders, Sessions, CVR, and AOV, Jurni shows whether each metric increased or decreased compared with the previous period.

Jurni also highlights your top funnels by revenue and includes Revenue, Sessions, Orders, and CVR for each one.

Your top experiments are surfaced in the same way, helping your team quickly understand which experiences and tests are contributing most to performance.

Choose when reports are sent

You can configure when each report should be delivered.

For the Daily Report, choose:

  • Send time

  • Timezone

For the Weekly Report, choose:

  • Day of the week

  • Send time

  • Timezone

For example, you might schedule your Weekly Report for Monday at 9:00 AM America/New_York so it's available before your team's weekly performance meeting.

Report schedules are shared

The schedule for each report type is shared across all destinations subscribed to that report.

For example, if your Daily Report is scheduled for 9:00 AM America/New_York, every Slack workspace subscribed to the Daily Report will receive it on that schedule.

You can choose independently which workspaces receive a report, but you can't set a different delivery time for the same report in each workspace.

Send a test message

Before saving your setup, we recommend sending a test message to make sure everything is connected correctly.

  1. Select your destination channel.

  2. Click Send test message.

  3. Open Slack and confirm the message appears in the selected channel.

  4. Return to Jurni and Save your settings.

If Jurni hasn't joined the selected channel yet, sending the test message will also allow Jurni to join when supported.

Change or stop reports

You can update your notification settings at any time under Settings → Notifications.

To stop only one report, open the relevant workspace and turn off Daily Report or Weekly Report, then save your changes.

To stop all Slack performance reports, turn off Enable Slack notifications.

This does not disconnect your Slack workspace. Your integration remains connected, making it easy to turn reports back on later.

Troubleshooting

If you don't see a Slack workspace under Notifications, first make sure it has been connected under Settings → Integrations → Slack.

If a previously selected channel appears as unavailable, the channel may have been deleted or Jurni may no longer have access to it. Select another available channel before saving.

If you're using an external Slack Connect channel, make sure you've confirmed that people outside your organization may be able to see the shop's metrics.

If you're unsure whether Jurni can post to your selected channel, use Send test message before enabling your reports.
