Overview

Jurni's analytics suite gives you a complete picture of how your funnels are performing, what your experiments are proving, and how much incremental revenue Jurni is generating for your brand. Every metric is grounded in real Shopify transaction data, so you're always working from ground truth.

Three Analytics Areas

Jurni analytics is organized into three areas:

  1. Home Analytics—Birdseye view of your account data.

  2. Funnel Analytics — how individual funnels are performing.

  3. Tests Analytics — A/B test result between variants.

Date Range Selector

The date range selector at the top of each section applies globally across all analytics views. Changing the date range updates every chart, table, and KPI card on the page.

Preset options: Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, Custom range.

Custom ranges are limited to a maximum of 365 days.

Frequently Asked Questions

How often does analytics data refresh?

Top-level KPI cards and Shopify-synced data (orders, products) update every 4 hours. Funnel step data refreshes more frequently, typically within 30 minutes of activity.

Why do my Jurni revenue numbers differ from Shopify?

Jurni uses last-click attribution with a 7-day click window. Shopify reports all orders regardless of source. See the Attribution & Tracking article for full details.

Can I see analytics for archived funnels?

Yes. Use the funnel filter and include archived funnels to pull historical data for any funnel regardless of current status.
