Overview

At the top of every Jurni analytics view, eight KPI cards summarize your journey performance at a glance. These cards are the fastest way to see whether your agentic shopping journeys are trending in the right direction, before you dive into deeper analysis.

The Eight KPI Cards

  1. Revenue, total revenue attributed to the journey in the selected period.

  2. Unique Sessions, unique visitor sessions that entered the journey in the selected period.

  3. Orders, total completed orders attributed to the journey in the selected period.

  4. Conversion Rate, the percentage of sessions that resulted in a completed purchase.

  1. AOV (Average Order Value), average purchase value per order, calculated as Revenue divided by Orders.

  2. Revenue per Session, average revenue generated per session, calculated as Revenue divided by Unique Sessions.

  3. Click-Through Rate, the percentage of sessions that clicked through from the entry view to the next step of the journey.

  4. Add-to-Cart Rate, the percentage of sessions that added a product to cart.

Tip: AOV is one of the highest leverage levers in DTC. A $5 increase in AOV across 10,000 orders is $50,000 in incremental revenue, with zero additional traffic cost.

Frequently Asked Questions

What counts as a session? A session is a unique visitor interaction with a Jurni journey within a single browsing session. Multiple pageviews within the same session count as one session. Sessions reset after 30 minutes of inactivity.

Why is my Conversion Rate lower than my Shopify conversion rate? Jurni Conversion Rate measures sessions that entered a Jurni journey and completed a purchase attributed to that journey. Shopify's overall store conversion rate includes all traffic sources and pages, so journey level conversion rate will typically differ from store level conversion rate.

Does AOV include discounts? Yes. AOV reflects the net order value after discounts, matching what Shopify records as the order total.

What's the difference between Revenue per Session and AOV? AOV is Revenue divided by Orders, it tells you what each purchase is worth. Revenue per Session is Revenue divided by Unique Sessions, it tells you what each visitor is worth, purchasers and non-purchasers combined.

What counts toward Click-Through Rate and Add-to-Cart Rate? Both metrics are calculated against total Unique Sessions for the period. Click-Through Rate reflects sessions that advanced past the entry view. Add-to-Cart Rate reflects sessions where a product was added to cart, regardless of whether checkout was completed.
