Overview

Experiments are Jurni's built-in A/B testing framework. They let you split traffic between two or more funnels to find what converts better. Unlike running separate campaigns, experiments use a single Smart Link to split traffic, so your Meta or Google ad set stays untouched without the need to push ads back into learning phase.

How Experiments Work

When a shopper clicks your Smart Link, Jurni routes them to one of your variants based on your traffic allocation. Every session is tracked and attributed to the correct variant automatically.

Key details:

  • No learning phase reset. Your ad set destination URL never changes, so Meta and Google algorithms are not disrupted.

  • Metrics tracked: CVR, AOV, RPS, add-to-cart rate, checkout rate.

  • Results update in near-real-time as sessions and purchases come in.

  • What you can test: Jurni funnel vs. Jurni funnel, or a Jurni funnel vs. your existing Shopify product page or any external URL.

  • Requirement: Experiments require a Smart Link. You must have at least two published funnels, or one published funnel and one external URL, to create an experiment.

Tip: Experiments are the fastest way to find your highest-converting funnel without touching your ad campaigns. Set one up before scaling spend.

Do I need to pause my ads to run an experiment?

No. Experiments route traffic through your Smart Link. Your ad campaign destination URL stays the same, so there is no disruption to ad delivery or algorithm optimization.

What metrics does Jurni track in experiments?

Can I test against my existing Shopify product page?
