Comments let you flag feedback on copy and design directly inside the editor, pinned to the exact spot the feedback applies to. Nothing gets lost between reviewer and editor.

Use comments when an experience is in review and you need to note a change, ask a question, or approve a section without rewriting it yourself.

Before you start

  • You need editor access to the brand and to the journey you want to comment on

  • The journey needs to be open in the editor, in draft or live

  1. Open the experience in the editor.

  2. Click on the Comment button to enter Comment Mode

  3. Select the section, block, or element you want to give feedback on.

  4. Write your feedback.

  5. Exit the Comment Mode to return to editing.

Your comment stays anchored to that element, so the editor sees exactly what you were looking at.

What to put in a comment

Keep feedback specific and actionable. Good comments name the change, not just the problem.

Instead of

Write

"This section feels off"

"Swap the headline for the benefit line from the ad"

"Wrong image"

"Use the lifestyle shot from the brand library, not the product cutout"

"Too long"

"Cut to three bullets, drop the shipping line"

Tips

  • One comment per change request, so each item can be actioned and closed on its own

  • Comment on the element itself rather than the page in general, since that is what makes the feedback traceable

  • Resolve or close comments as you go, so the open list always reflects what is still outstanding

Coming Soon To Comments:

  • Shareable review links - generate a shareable link to the LP with all comments attached, so you can loop in anyone - legal, brand, an outside stakeholder - without giving them Jurni access.

  • @mentions - tag teammates directly in comments to pull them into the conversation and speed up turnaround.
