Overview

Connect your review platform to display star ratings and customer reviews directly on your Jurni funnels. Jurni supports Yotpo, Okendo, Junip, Stamped, and Trustpilot. Once connected, review widgets become available in the editor's section library under Social Proof.

Connecting Your Review Platform

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Reviews.

  2. Select your review platform.

  3. Enter your API Key or Public Key

  4. Click Save.

  5. The status indicator should turn green. If it stays red, double-check the key and try again.

Tip: Most review platforms use a Public Key for widget display. Make sure you're copying the right key type. Okendo uses a Subscriber ID; Trustpilot uses a Business Unit ID.

Available Review Widget Types

Once connected, you can add these widgets from the editor section library:

  • Star Rating Summary — Shows average rating and total review count.

  • Individual Review Cards — Displays a grid or list of customer review snippets.

  • Review Carousel — Horizontally scrolling review cards, ideal for mobile funnels.

How Product Matching Works

Reviews pull from your Shopify product ID. For reviews to render correctly:

  • The product featured in your Jurni funnel must be the same product that has reviews in your review platform.

  • Your review platform must be synced with your Shopify store (this happens in the review platform's own settings, not in Jurni).

If reviews are not showing up, this mismatch is the most common cause.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I connect more than one review platform at the same time?

No. Jurni supports one active review integration at a time. Disconnect your current platform before connecting a new one.

Do reviews sync in real time?

Review data is fetched fresh each time a funnel page loads. There is no cached delay on the Jurni side, but your review platform's own indexing may add a short lag for brand-new reviews.

What if I switch review platforms?

Disconnect the old platform in Settings → Integrations → Reviews, then connect the new one. Any funnel sections using review widgets will automatically pull from the new platform once reconnected.
