Overview

This article covers the most common integration issues on Jurni: review widgets not rendering, Klaviyo opt-ins not appearing, Meta Pixel events not firing, and analytics data not syncing. Work through the relevant section below before contacting support.

Review Widget Not Rendering

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Reviews and confirm the integration shows a green Active status.

  2. Open your review platform and verify the product in your funnel has published reviews.

  3. Confirm the product IDs match between Shopify and your review platform. Reviews pull by Shopify product ID.

  4. Refresh the editor. Some widgets require a full reload to display in preview.

  5. Test on a live funnel URL rather than editor preview to rule out preview environment issues.

Klaviyo Opt-Ins Not Appearing in Klaviyo

  1. Verify the Private API Key in Settings → Integrations → Klaviyo is correct and has not been regenerated in Klaviyo.

  2. Confirm the List ID mapping is saved for the funnel you're testing.

  3. Check Klaviyo's API activity log (Klaviyo → Account → API Keys → view activity) for error responses.

  4. Make sure the email capture section is in a published funnel, not just visible in editor preview. Submissions from unpublished funnels do not sync.

Meta Pixel Events Not Firing

  1. Install the Meta Pixel Helper Chrome extension and open a live funnel page.

  2. Check for active pixel events in the extension. If none appear, the Pixel ID may be incorrect.

  3. Confirm the Pixel ID in Settings → Integrations → Meta Pixel matches the ID in Meta Events Manager.

  4. Check for duplicate pixel installations. If both Jurni and the Shopify-Meta integration are active, you may see doubled events or deduplication warnings in Events Manager.

  5. Disable the Shopify-Meta Pixel for Jurni funnel pages if you are relying on Jurni's native integration.

Analytics Data Not Syncing

Jurni analytics data refreshes every 4 hours. If your dashboard data appears stale:

  1. Wait for the next refresh cycle (check the "Last updated" timestamp in your analytics dashboard).

  2. If data is more than 8 hours old, go to Settings → Integrations → Shopify and check the connection status.

  3. A red status indicator on the Shopify integration means re-authentication is needed. Click Reconnect and complete the Shopify OAuth flow.

Tip: If you recently changed your Shopify plan, re-authenticating the Shopify integration is a common fix for data sync gaps.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if a re-authentication is required?

A red status indicator on any integration tile in Settings → Integrations means re-authentication is needed. Jurni will also display a banner alert on your dashboard in most cases.

My integration shows green but data still looks wrong. What do I do?

A green status means the connection is active but does not guarantee data accuracy. Check for duplicate pixel setups, mismatched product IDs, or mapping errors (like the wrong Klaviyo List ID). If the issue persists, contact Jurni support with a description of the affected integration and funnel URL.
