Overview

After connecting your review platform, you can add review sections to any funnel in the Jurni editor. Review widgets pull live data based on the product featured in your funnel, so there is no manual import step. This article covers how to add, configure, and troubleshoot review widgets.

Adding a Review Section

  1. Open your experience in the editor.

  2. Click Integrations (bottom button on the far left)

  3. Choose your integration

    1. Klaviyo Form

    2. Postscript Form

    3. Junip

    4. Yotpo

    5. Trustpilot

    6. Okendo

    7. Judgeme

    8. Bazaarvoice

    9. Stamped

    10. REVIEWS.io

    11. Videowise

  4. Once a form or review section has been added you will need to add in further information on the far right:

    1. Klaviyo and PostScript Forms: add in the Form ID on the right panel

    2. Okendo: Choose Mode Drop Down

  5. Once you have adjusted the section to your needs make sure to save your edits

Customizing Widget Appearance

With a review section selected, open the right panel to configure:

  • Number of reviews to show — Set how many review cards display at once.

  • Sort order — Newest, highest rated, or most helpful.

  • Star color — Match your brand palette.

  • Card layout — Grid or list for review cards; swipe behavior for carousels.

Mobile layout is independent. Switch to mobile view in the editor toolbar to set a separate layout for small screens. Review carousels are especially effective on mobile.

Tip: Limit review cards to 3-6 on high-intent funnel pages. Too many reviews can increase scroll depth without improving conversion.

Troubleshooting: Reviews Not Rendering in Preview

If the widget shows a placeholder or blank space in editor preview:

  1. Confirm your review integration is connected and shows a green status in Settings → Integrations → Reviews.

  2. Verify the product in your funnel has reviews published in your review platform.

  3. Check that your review platform is synced with your Shopify store and the product IDs match.

  4. Try refreshing the editor. Some widgets require a full page reload to display in preview.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I show reviews for a different product than the one in the funnel?

Not directly. Review widgets pull based on the funnel's featured product. If you need to display reviews for a bundle or a different product, contact the Jurni team for guidance.

Do review widgets affect funnel load speed?

Review widgets load asynchronously so they do not block funnel rendering. However, very large review sets (100+ reviews fetched at once) can add a small delay. Keep your display count reasonable.

Can I filter out low-star reviews?

Sort order options do not include star-rating filters. To control which reviews appear, manage your published reviews in your review platform directly.
